Abstract
This research is a mini case study to find out whether the Main Director's decision making in a company is also inseparable from the framing effect and explores the effect of self-efficacy possessed by a "superior" which influences the policies he makes. In Prospect Theory which observes the phenomenon of human behavior, especially in decision making. Prospect Theory predicts that the decisions a person takes will depend on information that is framed so that they can see it from only one. The method used in this research is a case study by conducting short interviews to explore the results and obtain the required data or information. Several studies on the framing effect and self-efficacy refer to the choice of investment form. However, this research explores the effects of the streaming effect and self-efficacy experienced by the President Director in making decisions and establishing policies within the company. The results of this research show that there is a framing effect and a self-efficacy effect in company policy making carried out by the President Director.
