Abstract

This study aims to review the management strategy of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk, as one of the leading producers of premium dairy products and consumer foods in Indonesia. The evaluation was carried out in stages with internal analysis reflected in the IFE Matrix along with external analysis using the EFE Matrix. The next stage, this study is at the matching stage, using matrix analysis tools such as the TOWS Matrix, SPACE Matrix, IE Matrix, BCG Matrix and Grand Strategy Matrix. The results of the study indicate that PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) is currently in a strong position in the dairy industry but still needs to increase its market share. By branding premium products, CMRY is directed to get closer to the lower middle class through various marketing campaigns. The selection of this strategy is based on its suitability with the company's vision and mission.
