Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of HR practices on employer branding, employee engagement, and talent retention at PT Bumi Hutani Lestari (PT BHL). This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 297 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The findings indicate that HR practices have a positive and significant effect on employer branding and employee engagement. Furthermore, employer branding has a positive and significant effect on both employee engagement and talent retention. The results also reveal that employee engagement positively and significantly influences talent retention. These findings suggest that effective HR practices strengthen the company’s employer branding, enhance employee engagement, and improve the organization’s ability to retain talented employees.
