Abstract

When the project is recorded conventionally, using paper or in computer files independently, often cause problems in terms of search and data storage space. Moreover, when company handles more than one project, it could lead to miscommunication, loss of data, calculation errors and so forth. To handle those problems, it takes a computer-based information system that is accessible by all parties, which can help the company's business process. This study was done using the SDLC. Based on the test results indicate that the integration between all departments make a better monitoring of the development of a project, a better recording of communication between company and clients, a better stock management, and at the end, could increase company’s profit.
