Abstract
Technology brings convenience to many activity in human life, and made the business competition has become increasingly high. Organization should follow the trend to stay exist, by maintain the needs of its stakeholders. One way that can be done by the company to improve the existing system is to build computer-based information systems. In the system of wholesale sales, the existing workflow system is more complicated than the retail sales system. Consumer loyalty to one of the things that must be considered by the company to maintain a smooth cash flow. Therefore, an organization need a system that can help them to assess consumers who deserve to be preserved, through a system of computer-based customer relationship management
