Abstract

Sharing the knowledge had occurred since ancient times. Knowledge possessed by all parties, and what make them difference is how they learn this knowledge and process it into something useful for them, by creating an atmosphere that supports learning. CIMB Niaga is one company that realized the importance of knowledge for organizational development. This paper will discuss about the successes, shortcomings and challenges of knowledge management in CIMB Niaga.
