Abstract
Advances in Information Technology (IT) have influenced education institution and learning process. This paper aims to present the profile and response of student toward application of web based technology in supporting learning process. A case is taken in a required course in Industrial Engineering named Technology Concept. Some findings reveal that most students have been familiar with internet. They perceived that this web site give benefit to them. Besides, this research also reveals that some problem rose such as lack of knowledge, technical problem and limited internet facility in campus should be handled.
