Abstract
Job Satisfaction is an evaluative feeling of a worker about his job (either like or dislike) Danaeifar et al (2016) found that the components quality of work life and organizational commitment are factors that can affect job satisfaction of an employee. This research aims to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment with job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey with a questionnaire. The research subject is the internal and outsourcing worker on PT. X with a total population as many as 100 people. This research used the total population sampling method. The research hypothesis was analyzed with Spearman Rank Order correlation technique. Based on hypothesis test results obtained that 1) the relationship between the quality of work life and job satisfaction on division formulation workers with r = 0.436 and p <0.001; 2 ) the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction in division formulation worker with r = 0.389 and p <0.001. These findings support the hypothesis about the positive and significant relationship between quality of work life with work satisfaction also a positive and significant relationship between organization commitment with job satisfaction. Based on this research, the organization are expected to pay more attention and improve the quality of work life and organization commitment of their worker.
