Abstract
This study discusses the role of organizational culture in internal control design in family companies. A strong and certain corporate culture has various obstacles that are overcome by internal control. This research is a qualitative research with the purpose of explanatory research and is applied research. This research was conducted to explain. For internal controls that have been implemented. The object of this research is the family company "X". Methods of data collection using interviews, and document analysis. Research findings that the values of the organization formed for its employees are the values of discipline, trust, honesty, craftsmanship and courtesy. These values are included in internal controls and internal controls. The results of the research conducted were to provide clearer information, wrong risk analysis to carry out checks on CCTV. Researchers hope to manage internal controls.
