Abstract

Indonesia Consists of Various Tribes. Indonesia is known as a pluralistic nation, where many tribes, races, religions and cultures exist in Indonesia. From diverse customs in Indonesia, each region in Indonesia has a variety of traditional clothing and traditional houses. Each of these tribes has different characteristics and understandings. The diversity of cultural values supported by each tribe, has developed a variety of cultures. A country will not be a big country if it does not know the identity of the country's culture. Without culture, a country cannot being known by world. In Indonesia, there are no toys that can be sold in foreign markets, Even though play sets from abroad are sold in toy stores in Indonesia. The author sees an opportunity to design a play set that shows Indonesian culture, and is traded in foreign markets. This is an interesting thing to make because it is a means of play facilities and means of collecting new toys. There is no indigenous Indonesian playset that has penetrated foreign markets. For this reason, the author will design a play set that introduces the characteristics of Indonesian people from certain ethnic groups, to instill cultured knowledge and fulfill market opportunities abroad.
