Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction in organizations. This research covers meta-analysis research using 14 accredited journals in the last 10 years, ie between 2007 and 2017. This study is employees and nurses who 5987 people talents. Data processing using software StatDirect 3.0 version for job satisfaction (job stress) and job satisfaction (job satisfaction). The result obtained is a relatively small relationship between job stress and job satisfaction with pooled correlation = -0.069 (95% CI = -0.279 to -0.147). The workings between variables are negative, which means that the higher the job stress that someone has, the lower the job satisfaction. In fact, the lower the job stress a person has, the higher the job satisfaction.
