Abstract
In the globalization era, the firm moves flesiblelity to do adaptation with change the firm's strategy. The changing of firm's strategy will be worthy if firm business networking had developed. A good Inter personal relationship (Guanxi) among people at the f i r m, is a pioneer to create a good organization relationship too. It makes continue and worthy external relationship. Interdependencies between suppliers, firms and consumers build the business networking.
