For psychological well-being was used a scale developed by Ryff (1989) and was adapted by Artiawati and Nadia Attuwy in 2010. For personality Big Five was used 'Tes Lima Dimensi (Five Dimensions Test) developed by Ostade and Sumintardja since 1999. Data was analyzed by path analysis on Amos 18. In this study were examined 5 models due to role of each trait, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, aggreableness and neuroticism were separately examined. Results from path analysis showed that all models met the parameter of goodness-of- fit, but the dynamic of each model was varied. Personality and gender role ideology need to be considered in analyzing the dynamic of work- family conflict on workers. Further research is recommended to study work-family conflict more thoroughly deliberating cultural context.
