Abstract

The declaration of UU. No. 44 tahun 2009, about hospital actually fulfilling the expectation for clear health-service regulation, including the patient’s right to the hospital service. Pasal 32 huruf r UU. No. 44, tahun 2009, particularly gives a protection to the patient for complaining into mass media and the electronic one. The existence of this complaining right is actually to protect the patient’s right, but on the other hand, it brings a threat to the hospital or its proper name. The regulating pasal 32 huruf r UU No. 44 tahun 2009 is actually doubted when pasal 60 huruf f UU. No. 44, tahun 2009 juncto.. pasal 29 UU No. 36 tahun 2009, for each health – service conflict, must be held a mediation. This thing has currently risen law issue which is interesting as far as complaining – right can be proposed by the patient and so is the role of mediation in solving the conflict.
