Abstract
This research explores the potential of a Blue Ocean Strategy for PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk, a leading cosmetics company in Indonesia. By analyzing the company's internal and external environments, the study identifies opportunities and challenges within the competitive cosmetics industry. Using external and internal analysis, the research highlights PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk's strengths, weaknesses, and critical success factors. The Blue Ocean framework is then applied to propose innovative strategies, including new value propositions, target customers, and strategic actions. These strategies aim to create a new market space, differentiate PT Mandom from its competitors, and achieve sustainable growth. Key recommendations include embracing augmented reality technology, forging strategic partnerships with healthcare and wellness companies, and enhancing product offerings with a strong emphasis on emotional appeal. By implementing these strategies, PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk can create a blue ocean and secure a successful future.
