Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the IPO phenomena. There is a tendency that IPO price, which is determined by underwriter, is underpricing. It could be caused by several factors, such as spinning by underwriter and window dressing by companies. Most data described in this paper show that most investors who buy in IPO market get instant profit. This study recommend to the investor to subscribe the IPO stocks.
