Initial Public Offering (IPO) is the activity of company to sell the stock for the first time to the public.Initial Public Offering (IPO) is the stock offering of the company for the first time and done in the primary market. After that, those stocks will be sold and bought in the secondary market. Initial Public Offering (IPO) is the first time offering of institution’s stock to public.IPO or an unseasoned new issue is a company’s first equity issue made available to public. The reason of State Owned Company doing IPO is usually to introduce the stock of State Owned Company and to make State Owned Company more efficient because there will be control from society who feel as the owner of the company by having stock of the company.
