Abstract
Telah dilakukan uji perbandingan efek imunostimulasi vitamin A 1000 Ul/kgBB antara pemberian oral dan intra muskular terhadap kemampuannya meningkatkan salah satu komponen sistem imun (limfosit total, perubahan persen limfosit T serta B) kelinci yang sebelumnya diimunisasi oleh set darah merah domba 5%/kg BB secara intra muskular. Dari pengamatan didapat bahwa pemberian vitamin A baik secara oral maupun intra muskular mempunyai kemampuan meningkatkan jumlah limfosit total dan persen limfosit B, tetapi menurunkan persen limfosit T.
