Abstract
Herbaceous celery (apii graveolentis herb) from Ubaya Training Center Trawas-Mojokerto will be used in Tenggilis Ubaya Herbal Pharmacy. Simplicia qualiry testing included specific parameters such as macroscopic and microscopic test, and the non-specific parameters. Macrocopic and microscopic test showed appropriate for specific parameters of herbaceous celery. Results of non-specific parameters showed levels of dryer shrinkage of 6.98%, total ash 17.97%, acid insoluble ash content of 1.61 %, the levels of soluble extract in ethanol 7.15%, and a water-soluble extract content of 24.84%. All non-specific parameters result was appropriate for Herbaceous celery requirements from Indonesian Herbal Pham1acopoeia. Others specific and non-specific parameters must be determined in the interest of traditional medicine formulation.
