Abstract
This paper discusses human rights implementation in a law perspective m Indonesia. There are many human rights violence cases happened in Indonesia_ this is causes by the misinterpretation of the meaning of human rights. Therefore, in this paper, the -writer tries \ ) give the right meaning of human rights. The other problem for human rights implementation in Indonesia is the relationship between human rights and law. Basically, law protection is representation of human rights.
