Abstract

The availability of job opportunity in Indonesia is as an iceberg problem that needed to be solved. One of the challenges of higher education is not only preparing their graduation to be ready to work, but also preparing them to be ready to provide job opportunity. Hopefully, entrepreneurship education is able to equip students to create and to be innovative in providing business opportunity. This paper aim is to find out the influence of Experential Learning in generating young entrepreneurs who are able to identify business opportunity and start their own business. The research is a qualitative research and the sampling is Politeknik Ubaya students in 2017-2018 who are interested in starting their own business. The result shows that experiential learning is ef ective in generating young entrepreneurs, but in the process of the sustain of the business, there are many factors which influenced them.
