Abstract
The organization is basically a form of social group consisting of several members and has a shared perception of their unity. To achieve organizational trust that is influenced by organizational commitment so that the organization can run effectively and can achieve the expected vision and mission. organizational trust is very important to be studied with the consideration that organizational trust has a relationship with organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment. The data analysis method used is the Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test analysis method. The method of collecting data using two scales, namely the scale of organizational trust compiled by Zalabak and the scale of organizational commitment with three different components, namely affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment based on the theory of Allen & Meyer. Sampling is done by incidental sampling method with a total subject of 105 people. The results showed that organizational trust has a correlation with affective commitment aspects r = 0.725 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and continuance commitment r = 0.764 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), while organizational traits with normative commitment aspects do not has a correlation with a value of r 0.129 and p = 0.188 (p> 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that organizational trust has a relationship with affective commitment and continuance commitment. However, organizational trust does not have a relationship with normative commitment.
