Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and compassion fatigue in hospital nurses. The design used in this study is a quantitative method by giving a questionnaire related to mindfulness and compassion fatigue to hospital nurses. The study participants were 39 hospital nurses at several hospitals in East Java. The study participants ranged in age from 15 to 50 years. Hypothesis testing in this study resulted in a value of 0.473 (p> 0.05) and an R-Square value of -0.013. Based on these results it is known that there is no relationship between mindfulness and compassion fatigue in nurses in the hospital.
