Abstract
The purpose of this research is to create a prototype game about Indonesia independence history as a basic story, so that player can play and also learn about it. The game genre is Real Time Strategy (RTS), that will be encouraged player to think and plan a strategi in the game. The research method is waterfall model, start with user requirement (in form of survey) and analysis the survey result, design application based on analysis, coding, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this research is a prototype game RTS about Indonesia independence history, especially during 14 to 17 August, 1945with two language choices (in Bahasa and English). In addition, this game is apply infra red technology with WiiMote that allow player to play touchscreen. The conclusion is this game can help player to learn about Indonesia independence history easier and interested. In other hand, apply two language can allow foreigner to play this game so that can introduce Indonesia history to them
