Abstract
This study examines the effect of fiscal decentralization on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in East Java Province during the period 2015–2025. This study employs a quantitative research design with an explanatory approach. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effects Model (FEM). The results indicate that, partially, Village Funds and Local Own-Source Revenue have a positive and significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product in East Java Province during the 2015–2025 period. Meanwhile, Transfers to Regional Governments and Capital Expenditure do not have a significant partial effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product. Simultaneously, Transfers to Regional Governments, Village Funds, Local Own-Source Revenue, and Capital Expenditure explain 78.22 percent of the variation in the Gross Regional Domestic Product, while the remaining 21.78 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
