Abstract
In general, most company decide to use Web-Based Training (WBT) model and it seem rousing success because a lot of commercial articles, books and some experts explain that WBT promises some benefits especially on spteading effects, save a lot of money, and an easy way to access. Many organization have discovered that WBT accomplishes their training goals as well as classroom training at a fraction of the cost. Is WBT really a good investment for our organization? will our WBT project have a high return on investment (ROI)? ROI tells us the percentage return made in a specified period as a result of investing in a training program. On any project, calculating and achieving a high return on investment will be one of the importance indicator to decide the acceptance of the project. actually evaluating the potential effectiveness of WBT may require analyzing the degree to which it serves and enable to improve HR Competencies and their better performance Finding the ROI of a WBT is not a discrete event but should be a part an ongoing process This paper will deeply explain and analyse the implementation of Web-Based Training compare to Room-Based Training by using a ROI formula to find which model reach more effectiveness
