Abstract
This study explains how the role of spirituality in the creation of intrinsic motivation in KAP X. This study uses the object of a public accounting firm in Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with several data search methods, namely interviews and observations, which are carried out for 4 months from August to November 2018. The results of this study show that spirituality can create intrinsic motivation in each individual and support each other to create a comfortable work environment in the public accounting firm. If the values of spirituality can be instilled in the organization, the employee can better interpret all of his actions so that he can eventually achieve the appropriate organizational goals.
