Abstract

As technology develops, information becomes something that is needed by all parties, for example for companies and industries. Information has become a very basic need. A company must have an information system that functions as a producer of information or business media that is carried out online. One of the companies that use information system media is Rasyid Jaya Motor Workshop. Rasyid Jaya Motor Workshop is one of the workshops that sells various kinds of motorized vehicle products and also provides several services in motor vehicle maintenance. Regarding the process of ordering services and products in the workshop, they still use a manual system, namely by going directly to the workshop to the destination location. Along with the development of advanced technology, a new information system is formed where customers will not need to go to the workshop to process service orders or purchase products so that a website based information system is created which can be accessed anywhere and anytime by customers making it easier in the process of ordering services or purchasing products by simply accessing the website on the application that has been provided. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out in terms of the percentage function obtained 100 is the system running well and successfully. In the sense that it shows that the product information system and service booking at the Rasyid Jaya Motor Workshop are functioning properly and as they should.
