Abstract

This research was conducted to discuss the application of the Management Control System presented by the Merchant in the control process for the SPARTAN event by KMM SEGA FBE Ubaya. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and data obtained from interviews and document analysis. Then the data obtained will be analyzed using the Management Control System theory, namely action control, result control, personnel control, and cultural control. Furthermore, researchers want to see how the impact is given in the application of the Management Control System in the SPARTAN event work program activities.
